At Ideal and Digital, our mission is to empower businesses with proven digital marketing strategies tailored to their unique needs. These terms provide clarity so we can focus on

helping you grow your business effectively while maintaining a professional and results-driven working relationship.


2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Structure

Payment is required before any services commence.Payment plans may be offered, but enrollment in a payment plan does not waive your obligation to complete the full payment.The agreed-upon payment schedule will be outlined prior to the service start and must be adhered to.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment platforms.

2.3 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments are non-refundable once services commence.If services have not yet begun, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.Failure to complete a payment plan may result in service suspension and legal collection proceedings.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Session Cancellations

You may reschedule an advisory or coaching session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3.2 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a session and do not notify us within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.

3.3 Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once services have started.Missed or unused sessions will not be refunded.If a payment plan is agreed upon, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.


4. Client Responsibilities & Expectations

Active participation is required to achieve results.Clients are responsible for implementing the strategies provided.We provide guidance, coaching, and proven strategies, but success is dependent on your effort and execution.


5. Coaching & Session Frequency

5.1 Recommended Frequency

To achieve optimal results, sessions should occur weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on your business needs. For fractional marketing services, one full day per week is dedicated to your business.

5.2 Minimum Commitment

A minimum commitment of three months is required for all advisory, coaching, and fractional marketing services to ensure sustained progress.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Materials

All resources, worksheets, templates, and training materials provided by Ideal and Digital are our intellectual property.These materials are for your personal and business use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing these resources for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or shared without consent, and you may request data removal at any time.


8. Recording & Notes

You may record coaching sessions for personal use only.We will provide key session notes, but we encourage you to take your own notes for better understanding.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Guarantees (with Progress Assurance)

While we are committed to providing you with the best strategies, tools, and guidance to help you succeed, we cannot guarantee specific results as success depends on your engagement, industry conditions, and implementation. Results may vary based on individual effort, business conditions, and external factors.

However, as part of my personal guarantee, if you actively participate in the program and implement the strategies provided, I guarantee you will see clear signs of progress within 90 days. Progress may include (but is not limited to):

  • A clearly defined and refined offer that resonates with your audience

  • A fully functioning website designed to attract and convert leads

  • A content strategy that is starting to gain traction and reach your audience

  • Increased traffic to your website or social media profiles

  • Clear, actionable next steps to continue scaling your business

If you commit to the process and these milestones are not achieved, I will personally continue working with you at no additional cost until we achieve measurable progress.

9.2 No Liability for Outcomes

Ideal and Digital shall not be held liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or financial setbacks resulting from the application of the strategies taught. You agree that all business decisions are made at your own risk.


10. Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, illness, natural disasters) prevent service delivery, we reserve the right to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.


11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of services implies acceptance of the new terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be handled within the United Kingdom’s legal jurisdiction.
