Two Client Spots Remaining
Make AI second nature for your team
AI adoption built from inside your business, alongside your team. I find where your time is being wasted, co-build the systems that fix it, and train your team through the process.
Built programmes for teams at:

Problem 01
"We don't have time to stop and learn this."
Learning is separated from doing. Your team goes to a workshop, comes back buzzing, and within a week they are back to the old way because the work is piling up.

Problem 02
"We're trying AI everywhere and it's nowhere."
No focus. No ownership. Everyone is experimenting in their own corner and nothing gets rebuilt properly. You have 15 logins to tools nobody uses consistently.

Problem 03
"It doesn't stick under pressure."
No SOPs. No assigned owners. No way to measure what is working. The moment a deadline hits, people fall back to what they know. The AI tools sit unused.
AI built into your daily workflow, by your own team
Most team members spend about 2 hours a week working directly with me. The rest of the time, they are doing their normal jobs with better systems.
Workflow Audits
I sit inside your business and watch how the team actually delivers. I identify the workflows where AI creates the biggest impact, then prioritise ruthlessly. No guesswork. Real observation.
AI System Co-Builds
Your team builds alongside me. They are involved in every decision. The capability stays in the business because they helped create it. I do not build things for you and hand them over.
SOPs for Every Workflow
Every system gets documented during the build. Living documents your team will actually use when things get busy, when someone is off sick, or when a new person joins.
Ongoing Measurement and Iteration
Before and after data on time saved per person, per week. You can see exactly what changed and by how much. Measurement is built in from day one.

I spent a big chunk of my careers getting teams to change how they work. Then AI arrived and I saw the same problem all over again.
At Multiverse (Europe's largest ed-tech company) I led programmes for Google, Sky, Meta, and GroupM. My job was getting entire teams to adopt new ways of working and making those changes stick under real workload pressure.
When AI started reshaping how businesses operate, I watched the same thing happen that I had seen for years. Owners understood it mattered. They bought tools, ran workshops, sent round links to articles. And nothing changed at the team level.
The gap between knowing AI matters and your team actually using it every day is where I work. I built the fractional model because one-off training does not change behaviour. Being in the room every week does.

Your questions
answered
01
What does a fractional AI lead actually do?
I embed in your business and work alongside your team to build AI into your real workflows. I find where time is being wasted, co-build the systems with your team that fix it, document everything as SOPs, and train your team through the process of building. I'm hands-on, in your tools, in your meetings, doing the work with you.
02
How much of my team's time does this take?
Very little. That's the whole point. I'm not running all day workshops that pull people away from client work. I sit inside the business and build alongside whoever owns each workflow. They learn by doing. Most team members spend 2 hours a week working directly with me.
03
How long do clients typically work with you?
It depends on the size of your team and how many workflows you want to transform. Most businesses see strong results within the first two months. Some continue on a rolling basis because there's always more to build. There's no lock-in. You stay because it's working.
04
What kind of businesses is this for?
Owner-led businesses with 5 to 25 staff. You already know AI matters. You've probably tried a few tool but adoption across the team hasn't happened yet, and you don't have the time to figure it out yourself. That's the gap I fill.
05
What results can we expect in the first month?
At least one workflow fully rebuilt and running on real client work, with before-and-after data on time saved. Most businesses see 2 to 4 hours saved per person per week within the first month. That number grows as we tackle more workflows.
06
How is this different from AI training or workshops?
Training teaches people what's possible. It rarely changes how they work. However, if you couple that training with applied working practices it is reinforced and your team adoption rate increases as a result. Adoption happens through doing, not through sending them away with a slide deck and a notepad full of scribbles.
07
What happens when the engagement ends?
Everything we build is documented with SOPs. Your team owns it. They've been involved in every build, so they understand how the systems work and how to maintain them. I also leave you with a measurement framework so you can track what's working and a process for identifying the next workflow to tackle on your own.
08
How much does it cost?
The Fractional AI Lead engagement is £4,000 per month plus VAT at the current rate. Rolling monthly, cancel anytime. For businesses that want to see what's possible first, I also run one-off workshops. These range from AI fundamentals sessions to get your whole team on the same page, through to live builds where we take an everyday task and automate it together in one sitting. Book a discovery call and we'll figure out which option fits.
